Each tablet contains:

Aquamin® (from calcified Lithothamnion species - Red Algae) (Equiv. Calcium 250 mg) 833 mg

Magnesium citrate (Equiv. magnesium 75 mg) 484 mg Boron citrate (Equiv. boron 1.5 mg) 30 mg

Zinc amino acid chelate (equiv. zinc 5 mg) 25 mg Manganese amino acid chelate (equiv. manganese 2.5 mg) 12.5 mg

Cholecalciferol complex (Equiv.Vitamin D3 10 mcg) 4 mcg

Strontium carbonate (Equiv. Strontium 750 mcg) 1.26 mg

Menaquinone 7 (equiv. Vitamin K2 45 mcg) 900 mcg

Aquamin® also contains: Nutrients involved in bone health, typically consisting of the following per capsule: Boron 24mcg, Copper 4mcg, Iodine 24mcg, Iron 500mcg, Magnesium 18mg, Manganese 54mcg, Potassium 3.4mg, Silicon 1mg, Sodium 2.4mg, Strontium 2.4mg, Sulfur 4.4mg, Zinc 10mcg.

Also contains Tableting aids.

No added: Artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. 

Suggested Use 

Adults take: 1 tablet twice daily with food.

Additional Product Information

Warnings

Vitamin K may reduce the blood thinning effects of anti-coagluants such as warfarin.

Avoid use during pregnancy due to the vitamin K content.
