Thompson’s Natural E 500IU contains selenium and d-alpha Tocopherol, the naturally occurring and most biologically active form of vitamin E in humans. It is used to/as:
Support blood vessel health and blood capillary health
An antioxidant, helping reduce free radicals formed in the body and their damage to body cells
Supports vitamin E and selenium levels in the body

Ingredients

Each Capsule contains:

d-alpha-tocopherol 336.34 mg, equiv. Vitamin E 500 IU, Selenomethionine 6.24 mg, equiv. Selenium 26 microgram.

Suggested Use

Adults - Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Warning:

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
