Iron (as Amino Acid Chelate) 24mg
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 30mg
Folic Acid 100mcg
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2 mcg

Suggested Use

Adults: One tablet daily (with food), or as professionally advised.
